My name is Debbie Welper and I was born and raised in the small town of Callisburg, Texas northeast of Gainesville, Texas. I graduated from Callisburg High School and received a B.S. from Tarleton State University. I have been teaching for 17 years and have taught 4th grade, 6th grade, Dyslexia, Agriculture, IPC, Middle School Science, and High School English. I am married to Ron Welper who works for Arm and Hammer Animal Nutrition. We have two children, Calvin 13 and Collin 6. We are currently building a house in the Shallowater area. My family is very involved in agriculture. We raise show cattle and my children show meat goats and pigs. I enjoy spending time with my family at stock shows and church events. My classroom philosphy is to make sure that all students are successful in my classroom by giving them a varitey of ways to learn each topic.
