Although I live in Lubbock with my husband, Jon, and our two daughters, I love teaching in Hale Center. Jon owns Air Masters Heating & Air Conditioning, which makes it difficult for him to live anywhere else. My older daughter, Ashley, is a sophomore at HCHS. My youngest daughter, Kelli, is in 4th grade at Akin. We recently bought a house here in HC to use when we don't want to make the long drive to Lubbock.

I teach English I, English II, English III, and PreAP I.

Our first grandchild was born on August 7, 2007. Kaylee is the daughter of our son, Tim, who recently moved back to Lubbock after spending 4 years serving our country in the Army, and his wife, Kristi.
